Winding Cypress Election

VOTE FOR YOUR BOARD DIRECTORS

 

The Winding Cypress Board of Directors has three positions whose 2-year terms are expiring. Eight HOA members have declared candidacy. Read each candidate’s statement beginning on page 6 HERE or by clicking on their names below.

Vote using a paper proxy and ballot. Click HERE and print from you browser's file menu. Return pages 3 and 4 to the management office at the amenity center.

Other voting information:

  1. Each member household may submit ONE ballot.

  2. Per our Bylaws, the election is by SECRET ballot. No one can access electronic vote information or open a paper ballot prior to ballot counting by an impartial group of volunteers during the Annual Meeting.

  3. Once you cast your ballot your vote can not be changed.

 

The election will conclude at the Annual Meeting on March 19th , 6:00 PM, in the amenity center.

All Winding Cypress owners are members of the WC Homeowner Association. The HOA provides regulations and guidelines for its members, with the aim of preserving and enhancing the community's property values while keeping the community's best interests in mind. The HOA is led by a member-elected board of directors, and is guided by:
