Cardio & Strength intervals
Tuesdays, 4:00 - 5:00 p.m., Sept 6 - Oct 18 (no class Sept. 20). Come to the motion room for low-impact cardiorespiratory exercise - all fitness levels welcome! Bring sneakers, water, and a towel. Mats provided, or bring your own! $50 for 6 weeks!
