Approved Plant List

To offer homeowners a wider variety of plant options for landscape projects, a revised Approved Plant List was developed by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

 

The plants are listed alphabetically and grouped by type of plant – ground cover, ornamental grasses, perennials, etc. The updated approved list of plants includes:

 

• Plant photos

• Plant size and sunlight requirements to help homeowners choose the right plant for the right area (List includes dwarf varieties and smaller sized plants which are better suited for smaller landscape designs.)

• Scientific name, so there is no confusion which plant is recommended as within a group of plants, there may be a species that is invasive or an invasive risk. Those are not allowed.

 

Please refer to the below information when choosing plants for any landscape projects. Remember, an ARC form must be submitted prior to starting any landscape changes.
